The Hanley at Baxter’s Green is a contemporary two-bedroom apartment designed around bright, open-plan living and high-quality finishes throughout. The layout has been carefully considered to maximise natural light, creating a sense of space and flow across the apartment. The result is a modern, welcoming home that feels both stylish and comfortable, with a calm, airy atmosphere suited to everyday living.

The Penthouses at Baxter’s Green were designed to create a refined, contemporary living experience with a strong sense of warmth and understated luxury. The finished spaces balance luxury with practicality, helping to showcase each penthouse at its best and create an aspirational home for the rental market.
THE QUADRANT
MyPad Office
The MyPad office refresh focuses on creating a modern, professional and welcoming workspace, with a considered colour palette that reflects and complements MyPad’s brand identity.
Deep blues are balanced with warm neutrals, natural wood tones and subtle rust accents, while contemporary panelling, statement artwork, feature lighting and faux greenery add character and warmth. A refreshed social and breakout area completes the scheme, creating a workspace that feels professional, inviting and distinctly MyPad.

COASTAL RETREAT
3-Bed Holiday Lodge
The Devon Holiday Lodge was designed as a relaxed retreat, combining comfort, warmth and a softly contemporary feel.
The scheme focuses on creating an inviting space for guests to unwind, with a calm neutral palette, natural textures and carefully chosen furnishings helping to give the lodge a sense of character without feeling overly styled. Practicality was also an important consideration, ensuring the interiors worked well for holiday living while still feeling considered and welcoming.
The finished design creates an easy, comfortable escape — somewhere to switch off, settle in and enjoy time away.
